Our Story

Born from a love of
slow mornings and
long evenings

Outpost Sweets started as a simple idea: what if a café could be both a morning refuge and an evening destination? We built it that way.

Tucked along Prospector Place in Red Rock, our space was designed for people who want to linger — whether that's over a double espresso at 8 AM or a mezcal cocktail at 9 PM. The same warm lighting, the same good music, the same care in every detail.

Our coffee is sourced from small-batch roasters in the Southwest. Our pastries are baked before dawn. And our cocktail program draws on the bold, earthy flavors of the Sonoran Desert.
